When you buy them from the supermarket, why on earth do they always come in half a dozen packs? Granted, many supermarkets do the buy one pack get one free of buy one for 80p or two for £1, but 6 does not evenly spread around the average household.
I like my halved, toasted and generous quantities of butter spread on it, washed down with a cup of tea. I will only ever eat two at a time, 1 is too little, 3 or more and I'm just being greedy.
