Why when you give people control of the a/c does it turn into an argument.

The ladies and one bloke want to sit in 30 degree muggy heat and the rest would like 18 degree cool and crisp air.

When we were in the other office and it was centrally controlled ther was no argument, now we have individual controls everyone's moaning every hour.

Majority wins. Set controls to 18 degrees and cover over all controls with elephant tape.
