Pretty sure recent reports put the UK at roughly just over 10% as 'developed' and things like green spaces/parks are included in that.

We've just destroyed a load of countryside where I live.
What percentage counts as "running our of countryside".

I for one am delighted that we've imported the Third World at great expense to us and our land and wildlife.

Give me a choice of a family of hedgehogs or a family of Afghans, and I choose the family of hedgehogs.
The Afghans can stay at home and develop their own country.

Most of it is farmland and given we cant produce enough food to sustain ourselves already building on more of it is not a wise choice. Those statistics also include all mountains, bogs, moorland etc which are not suitable for development anyway.

Yeah but if you derive your wealth and power from implementing globalist policies of mass immigration, then why would you care about the land or the living standards of the indigenous?

and who will support our massively ageing population as our birth rate continues to drop and eventually our population goes into decline. Native birth rates are already very low.

To have an ever growing population just to support old people is pretty much lunacy. We have finite resource. Simple. We cannot support an infinite population. We've already screwed the planet and are continuing to do so at an increasing rate.

How do you propose to support the ageing population then? population needs to be controlled yes but if we blanket ban immigration as seems to be suggested here the knock on effect is a massive drop in birth rates as this is much higher among imigrants and therefore a declining young population to actually do the work needed in the country etc

Guess what, those people who come here also get old and if the population continues to increase where do you draw the line? The issue will have to be addressed at some point, why not now?

A stagnating or even slightly decreasing population would be a-ok with me. How to solve that there would be less tax contributors (working age people) to more tax consumers (children/elderly)? No idea, well I do have some but no political party would stand with them.

Something's got to give though we can't have this perpetual population ponzi scheme.

*You* don't have to pay any more tax if the *NET* contribution to the economy is positive. Like what we have now.
In fact, *you* could pay less tax... under those circumstances of net contribution.

No, because bigotry is hatred without reason, so that if a person simply hates someone for being different, without a reason for doing so, then they are a bigot.
Examples of bigotry:
A person who likes the colour blue hates everyone who does not like the colour blue.
A black person hates all non-black people, for no reason other than they are not black.
