Iconset - OSX
Finder Icon - Innex
Firefox - iFox Smooth
GDM - AppleLinux
The launcher panel is just a gnome panel size 50 with 100% transparency
I made the background for the topbar from a screenshot taken from OSX
I also replaced the ubuntu icon but as soon as I restarted it was back
*edit*
I just found out how to get the close etc button to top left instead of top right.
goto terminal:
gconf-editor
now go:
apps->metacity->general
and into button_layout field put the following values:
close,minimize,maximize:menu
default: menu:minimize,maximize,close

Linked due to size.
All I need to figure out now is how to write to my NTFS External drive, but it doesnt look like its going to happen, ive been told an external drive is an even bigger problem to write too than a normal internal drive.
What program are you using to display all the information in the background?James_N said:My Ubuntu desktop. Made the switch from windows and havent looked back. Ubuntu is by far the best distro I have ever used and put up with (Ive tried a few but always gone back to windows within a week!)
