Does anyone have a guide to the various tweaks in the css files for gnome and ubuntu? Trying one thing at a time until I find what I want is tiring and I can't find anything comprehensive online. I'll try to post screenies later.

That does look nice. I may have to try Gnome again at some point. I'd have to add the max/min buttons back though.

I love Gnome, I sway to other desktops sometimes but always go back to Gnome, I always use Dash to panel extension though. max/min is a simple switch to turn on, I don't use them personally.
