I listen to the radio whilst in bed, which I find helps. I tend to fall asleep within 10mins of going to bed.
I do that myself, I just stick TalkSport on using the 59 'one press' timer.

Nothing like caffine to send you to sleep....
I'm a very light sleeper and a deep thinker, not a good combination. it usually takes me between 45 mins and an hour to get to sleep every night

, thats why I usually have to create a distraction like leaving the TV or Radio on while I'm trying to bed down so I can try and concentrate on that otherwise my brain will conjur up all manor of crazy stuff lol.Pretty sure theres no caffeine in that bad boy
