How do you like your eggs?

I like them however :) Not a fan of fried though due to how the oil kinda turns tough into a thin film.

I think poached is my favourite, or scrambled, either on toast.

You can't beat a good boiled egg for dunking either! Hungry now.

i used to always scramble them, but just takes too much time, the other day decided to stick it in the microwave, and it does exactly the same job in about 1 minute..

Don't mind really.

On my oatcakes they have to be boiled, on top of my beans on toast it's poached eggs all the way and on a full 'cardiac arrest' breakfast it's fried. My favourite however, is scrambled with a little paprika added and sometimes a squirt of tomato purée.

I've perfected my way of cooking eggs - fried in butter, and cooked over easy, so that the white is completely done but the yolk only lukewarm.

Poached or scrambled.. on toast :).

I love omelettes but tend to avoid them because they always get mangled when I come to fold them - any ideas? :D

Poached on toast or soft boiled with toast soldiers or scrambled or fried on toast. But mostly poached.
On toast.

Like this :)

Lightly scrambled on wholemeal toast with black pepper and chives and/or smoked salmon. If done right it's absolutely delicious.

Or like this :)

If I ever see anyone microwaving scrambled eggs I will have to LART them.

Many years ago when I was at school then we were taught to cook scrambled eggs in a microwave during a Home Economics class. Everyone else was going "yes this is normal", I was going "YOU DAMN FREAKS! YOU'RE SPOILING THE EGGS!!! GIVE ME A PAN AND SOME BUTTER AND I'LL SHOW YOU HOW TO COOK SCRAMBLED EGGS!!!!" (in my mind :().

I tend to have poached on toast, touch of salt and occasionally a little cheese on the toast first.

I've perfected my way of cooking eggs - fried in butter, and cooked over easy, so that the white is completely done but the yolk only lukewarm.

This is a really good way to fry eggs, i do the same if not poaching. They end up really nice.
