I set my alarm about 30-ish minutes before I have to get up then I can have that 30 just lying in the bed, sorting my head out. I know this is a really crude thing to post, but my bladder usually encourages me to get out of bed! Then I'm in the bathroom anyways, so I brush my teeth, have a shower etc etc
Have you a TV in the bedroom? Or maybe a CD player with an alarm? Set either of those to come on, maybe focusing on the morning news or a lively album will get rid of the cobwebs?
