Every morning, I wake up after auto-snoozing the alarm a few times, open my eyes a few milimeters, to find the missus up and about, showered, dressed and watching GMTV.

For the life of me, I just cannot get out of bed, and it takes me half an hour to eventually wake up properly :/

I eat a healthy diet, I bike and gym, I have ~7 hours sleep every night, but my body hates waking up :p

Anyone on here find it easy to just jump out from under the covers and get on with your day?

I normally wake up way before the alarm but even if the alarm wakes me up I'm normally up within about 20 seconds.

Depends on the day.

If I have to get up for work or similar I'm fine. However on a day/week like today where all I'm doing is looking for jobs which can be done in a matter of minutes I usually get up at about 11am :/.

My ex had a habit of setting her alarm and hour early and then pressing snooze 10 times. So annoying!

I would be able to get out of bed if I were able to shower in the morning. I cannot shower in the morning as there are five of us after one bathroom :(

So yeah, I do find it hard!

Very difficult, I stumble around banging into things and generally feel rubbish. Not sure why tho - if I go to bed at 2 and wake up at 10 I'm fine, but if I got to bed at 11 and wake up at 7 (usual) I feel awful, despite getting the same amount of kip.

when i'm on the early shift alarm goes off at 5am and i'm up and in the shower 30 seconds later if i don't get up I'll nod back off, on the late shift I can wake up and do what I please usually have another half hour snooze :)

I put my alarm clock across the other side of the room. Its loud and annoying so I have to get up in order to turn it off.

Every morning I wake up and think **** it 5 more mins cos I cant be arsed to get up, im tired, so im staying in bed! Then i just keep dozing off and keep thinking have to get up now! but i continue to defy myself.

Then im late for work, and think to myself why did I just get up straight away? :/

Dogs sorts that out for me when my alarm goes off. He knows that if he bounces all over the bed and shoves his cold nose in my face I'll get up.....and once I'm dressed he gets his walkies.

Normal wake up (i.e. not alarm clock) easy, I'm up, and am human immediately. Interrupted sleep, it'll take me an hour.
