Every morning, I wake up after auto-snoozing the alarm a few times, open my eyes a few milimeters, to find the missus up and about, showered, dressed and watching GMTV.
For the life of me, I just cannot get out of bed, and it takes me half an hour to eventually wake up properly :/
I eat a healthy diet, I bike and gym, I have ~7 hours sleep every night, but my body hates waking up
Anyone on here find it easy to just jump out from under the covers and get on with your day?
