How easy do you find it to get out of bed?

I used to be terrible when i was younger, now unless I'm really knackered I usually wake before my alarm and out of bed pretty quick.

Easy to be honest. From the time my alarm goes to when I'm up is around 2min. I got the fear man, anxious to get the day going etc.

My alarm goes off at 10 to seven, im up, showered, hair nearly dried and eating my breakfast by 7am.
:D

Generally up for 8 and out the house with breakfast in hand at 8:30, i have left a bowl of cereal in a hedge and 2 hours later i ate the rest of it. But fruit is often the easiest.
But generally i aint to bad, up within 10 minutes depending on the song and how tired im feeling.

Years of having little kids put paid to any lie ins now I only have one to get to school, so up at 7.30 and we are both out the house by 8.30 for a leisurely stroll by the sea to school, it's great even on cold days, however I really would love another hour in bed and to wake up when I want to not by my son demanding toast!

Even though at uni I get up an hour later than I used to for school, I've still missed tonnes of morning lectures. I managed to get to 1 last week but this week missed them all.

I need to sort myself out, even if I put my alarm on the other side of my room I just get up, put it on snooze and go back to bed with it in my hand so I can spam the snooze button if it wakes me up :P (usually I accidently press turn off so will sleep in for another 2 hours instead of the 5 mins ;<)

i cant be doing with the alarm waking me up every few minutes so i dont bother with snooze i just turn it off then go back to sleep. Then wake up 20 minutes later, get up then rush around the house.

I usually set my alarm for 7:15 or 7:30 but always snooze untill anywhere upto 8:00. Need to leave by 8:20 so it doesn't give me much time at all! Just about enough for a quick shake, some oates, shower and dressed!

Really hate getting up for work in the week days. On weekends I can get up fine at whatever time I want, if I have to be anywhere early then it's not a problem getting up. I usually stay in bed untill around 10am on weekends though, wake up feeling really fresh then :D

On earlies, it's hard having to crawl out of bed at 5am.. but after working 12 hours, then coming home and only having 9 hours before the next shift, it gets harder as the week goes on :(

Never had a problem getting up in the mornings, pretty much always wake up before the alarm goes off, even when set to 5:00am, I will be up and about washed, clothed, fed, and ready for the drive to work by about 5:20.
Even when I do the nasty shift change over, and don't finish untill 10:00pm then drive home have something to eat and drink, watch a bit of TV, wash and go to bed by about 1:00am I will beat the alarm at 5:00am.
Never feel tired during the day either, I guess I must just be one of those lucky ones who does not need much sleep.

i find that as soon as my alarm goes off, i'm out of bed no problems. for the heavy sleepers out there, there is some cool alarm clocks on firebox which are sure to get you out of bed no problems.

:p

I'm sure there are, however then I have to explain to the nice police officer why I threw a alarm clock out the window and into heavy traffic.

I can go to bed at 8pm at night and when the alam goes off at 6am In the morning i still have to hit the snooze button and find it hard getting out of bed.:p

When i have to wake up for work i dont think i could ever get enough sleep.

Alarm goes off. I get up.

It gets much easier as you get older.

+1

I dont even have an alarm.

Always awake between 7am - 7.30am and straight up. Cup of tea and crunchy nut cornflakes and i'm ready to roll.

I suppose its years of getting up with kids that drills it in to me.

well, to do that, you would have had to get out of bed in the first place to open the window to chuck the thing out, problem solved :p might get a bit expensive though
