How easy do you find it to get out of bed?

I'm a get up and go person, as soon as my alarm goes off I get up, no faffing about otherwise i'll never get up.

If I'm off and have nothing planned, I'll just sleep until I'm sick of sleeping. I can sleep for 12 hours easily. I find it's easier to get up, the more sleep you've had, because you're not as tired. I never sleep in, I used to, a lot, but now I just get up, it's not worth the extra 5 minutes.

What's your caffeine intake like?

I used to hate getting up, but now I've cut down on my caffeine and stopped having any after lunch it's not a problem.

Weekdays, I HATE getting up, but I do it easily as I know I have to.
Weekends, for some reason I get up as early as I wake up so that I can go play computer games before my GF gets up.

I find getting courage to pull the duvet off, and sit up off the bed the hardest part.

I'm like, lying there, it's freezing and my bed is all warm. Lift up the duvet then OH **** ITS COLD. I'll just have 5 more minutes...

Unless thats just me.

Alarm goes of between 4-6am: No problems waking up.
Alarm goes of between 6-9am: Good luck
Alarm goes of after 9am: Couple of snoozes but no problems

All based off going to sleep between 12 and 2am. Yes, I can wake up at 6am no problem if I go to sleep at 1am, it's really weird.

I hate getting up for work on the weekdays, especially now its near winter its most difficult for me to get up, summer im not too bad probably because of the early sun in the mornings but now its just too dark its a pain! :(

I don't have any curtains in my room, so the dawn wakes me up gradually. I used to use an alarm, but the sound not only annoyed the hell out of me, but like most I'd hit the snooze button or the off button and just go on sleeping. In the summer I wake up at silly o clock in the morning with the birds singing, but it always feels great, like I've got extra time in the day that others don't. In the winter, I still wake up at a reasonable time despite the lack of daylight hours.

After lunch? I don't drink any after work and I thought that'd do the trick, but it didn't so I assumed it was a different problem. It can still affect you that far on?

When my alarm goes off, I'm awake and out of bed within about 5 seconds, its like an automatic reflex. But I'm a stickler for routine, so my morning runs like clockwork.

It also helps that I have my alarm set to radio 1, my task is to switch the alarm off before I actually have to hear Chris Moyles' voice :D
