How I kept calm I'm not sure...

DRZ, please take that video to the police and update us on the outcome.. They WILL do something.
I'm subscribed to a load of road warriors on road bikes on youtube. A lot of the driving is your normal overtaking too close, getting cut up and such like but every time something truly shocking pops up they all recommend taking the video to the police and they do update the videos with results so I know it does get looked into.
This sort of **** needs stamping out!

eg's..

That's terrible! The Gosport video is on my roadf pretty much and not long ago a posty was killed while riding his bike just yards from the sorting office on that section. It's not a kind road to cyclists at all but that doesn't excuse the van driver for not giving a damn for an oncoming cyclist!

Why would you NOT use your full beam on an unlit road at night when there is no oncoming traffic? I cannot think of a single reason why you would deliberately restrict the amount of vision you have by not using all your available, legally appropriate lighting

You can see further with full beam, why wouldn't you want that
I'm probably the most inexperienced driver in this thread (passed in August) and I know this. rossk26 you're bat **** crazy.

When I see things like this by other CTR owners it really makes my blood boil you wonder why they think we are all idiots with numptys like that on parade.

Feel free to come to a meet to full convey your feelings. You're arguments come across as illogical drivel, you argue on aspects that are so far from the norm that you come across as mentally challenged.

Came here to post this. Why do people who post the worst never turn up to meets?

They are afraid either me or you will be there and we will want to stand and bang with them?

Merry Christmas current motors crew posting in this super star of a thread

But when they see you they'll know they could snap you like a twig :D :p

Merry Christmas

Talking of idiots on the road, I had someone overtake me in a 30 zone this morning, while I was doing bang on 30. Someone a few weeks ago did the same thing on the same stretch.

For those who know it, it's Eastbury road heading in towards Watford from Northwood, though direction doesn't seem to affect the average speed of people on there, they all seem to think it's a 40 or 50. Weird thing it, I've seen mobile speed camera's there on numerous occasions which you'd think would make people want to slow down.

I don't have a problem with someone breaking the speed limit to get past me. As long as they don't interrupt me, they can do what they want.

It's the fact that when he/she pulled back in front of me and then slammed on and pulled into a road on the left that made me think .
