How Many 8800GTX Rigs Left

I have an Oc'd 8800 GT, plays everything really well but i am strugglign so hard to not buy a 280 GTX. I know i'll feel stupid as soon as i buy it but its so cool. Plus i want massive fps at 1920x1200

Still on my 8800gtx, but I'm very tempted to buy a new toy at the moment.

Would prefer a bit more AA/AF at 1900x1200 on some games.

with scores like the on crysis

its shows 8800's still pack a punch

I'm still going on my 8800GTX.

Only problem I have is that in WAR at 1920x1200 in areas with more than 50 players each side in close quarters I get massive lag.

I can only see this being a bit of a problem in T4 with City scale raids :(

Aye still got the GTX768 and until it stops working or refuses to play game at an acceptable fps I will not be updating it, though I do have the urge for a 4870 when funds allow or this dies..;)

I got the 1gb 4870 on special last week, arrived today. Its an impressive card and i'm happy i got it when i did as i wouldn't want to pay what they are now. Ultras are fetching decent prices on the bay so wont be an expensive upgrade :)

Think I'm def keeping the ol' GTX bless it

Will see how it fairs with the other titles at 19x12 4AA/8AF and if it struggles I'll change. Only had this rig 10 months but the card tech is over 2 yrs old, pretty impressive in the GPU world when you think ;)

Still using my watercooled SLI 8800gtx setup here.....(I play at 1920x1200 res)

Can't see any need to upgrade yet as there no games out that need something faster....;)

8800 GTX'er here - got mine quite recently, and works perfectly well for all the games I throw at it (2880x900 over 2x19" WS). Until a certain popular tech site places it in 6th or 7th place in it's monthly ladder, it'll keep warming my room up nicely. :)

nVidia 8800GTX is a power inefficient BEAST!

If you enjoy paying large electricty bills then by all means keep burning your 8800GTX, if you want better gaming performance and much cheaper running costs then pick up a Radeon HD4850 and sell your circa 2006 GPU's. . . :D
