How many days off work do you get a year?

26 when I started, went upto 27 after 5 years, will go up this year to 29 at the start of next year due to being here 10 years. I also buy 5 extra holidays a year at the moment, but can only have a maximum of 32, so will only need to buy 3 next year.

I also get all bank holidays off, but work on a callout system to cover incase something happens, so get the bank holidays off, plus a lieu day for the ones I cover.

This year I've have 39 days to use, plus the bank holidays.

There's talk of having a holiday purchasing scheme here, how much does it cost for a day off?

Looking at our holiday purchase scheme it comes in as 1/260th of base Salary.

At my work we get 25 base plus 8 BH, although 3 days are used for the christmas shutdown. You can also purchase upto 10 days, and you're given an additional day every 5 years upto 25 years service.

I'm currently at 35 days total, out of a potential 48.

31.5 a year plus Bank Holidays. Although I managed to carry over 9 days from last year so have 40.5 to take if I wanted to this year.

16 + BH.
Increases by one a year to a maximum of 20.
Work 5-6 days a week, maybe getting 4-6~ days off a month, usually a sunday when everything is closed, no lunch hour, how do I do personal things I don't ****** know.

Was statutory (20 + BH)

But as I've been here 10 years it has increased to 25 + BH, so 33
We also have half days on xmas eve and new years eve plus 1 discretionary xmas 'shopping day'

So 35 in total.

30 + 1(10 year service) + 1 (first aider) + 3 (Christmas, boxing and new years day)
all other BH are treated as normal working days.

So pretty poor imo.
