How many hard drives do you have?

They're no where near me

Under the stairs. All have rubber grommets for vibration reduction and big 140mm fans instead of Bezels in the 5.25 bays, running at 5v. Close up they're noisy as hell but its under the stairs by the kitchen the noise is usually drowned out by the oven etc.. and no thermal problems strangely, no hdds so far have passed 45c and thats in summer.

It also, for some reason or another gets the most idiotic burst speeds in HDTach on XP, with burst speeds read at over 1000.... perfectly normal on vista tho.

Guess I'm not the only one who labels my computer stuff with names of Japanese shooters :cool:

i have a 18gb scsi drive, 120gb ide, 250gb ide in my desktop, soon to be turned into a fileserver so i guess i'll have to stock up on hdds soon
