How many miles do you do a week commuting

0, oh the joys of home start. Either get picked up or have the works van, depending whos in work and where we are working.

The last several wakes has been ~110miles to site each way.

no offence to will, but how can that graph make any sense?
Its only point is to make USA look like the enemy, and nothing else surely?
OTHERS 50% wtf is that about, and if germany uses 3%, UK must use 1-2 surely? So they're just hiding us in others again to maker USA look bad, China only 8% please... but maybe 6+ year old stats are that wrong?

for the thread I don't commute to work, but for work have burnt more fuel than all of you in the last month by making, 7 flights in a plane for work :)

hehe i have to admit i didnt remotely look at it, i thought the 'others' was the USA, im sure I've seen similar graphs which show the US and japan head over heels in front of everyone else.

im not remotely anti USA (although I hate new york :p) I was trying to point out that our cars are far from the biggest drain on the worlds dwindling oil :)

100 miles per day, 500 miles per week.... trying now to decide if it's worth moving closer to work or moving work closer to home......

11 miles a day, so 55 a week. 55 miles * 45 weeks (I get 7 weeks holiday a year) = 2475 miles/year.

How the hell I did 11k last year I'll never know.

Previously about 65 miles per day at about 19MPG.

Unfortunately I now get the train/tube to work :(

Annoyingly a tank only lasted 4 days.

During term time, 500 miles a week.

A tankfull will just about last me the five days if I brim it but i'll be on fumes when I get home on the last day. So generally it goes for 3-4 days on a tank, depending on what I do in the evenings etc.

I'm surprised how many people do sub 20 miles a day, I guess they live in the city?

Next month I'll be looking at 500+ per week, not out of choice either :(

550. Don't mind it at all but I guess it helps that I have a relatively 'easy' route that's about 30 minutes cross country and 30 minutes sat on the A1 :)

I like listening to the radio, occasionally playing my own music and just well, watching the world go by really :) Nice time to reflect after a day at work.
