How many others do you live with?

I'd like to live on my own but I don't want to waste money on rent so I'm saving up for a mortgage.

Ideally I'd like an attractive woman in my life. It would certainly reduce the costs of getting a place.

Have been living in house-shares since Uni. We've got to the point now where myself and an old friend of mine have on and off rented with one or two other people (usually another mate) for the past 10 years now.

It's been fun, it's also been difficult at times, friendships made, and friendships broken, few lost deposits and unpaid bills, but I'm still having a blast, you definitely get to a stage when you get sick of all the parties & mess when you're a bit younger, but y'know, think your growing up. Then you start to miss them again!

I'll get a place with my girlfriend at some point, but right now, I like where I am, and we still have a lot of fun, we've got a cocktail bar we've made, we have LAN parties and movie nights, friends over for dinner or drinking/chilling, and enough space to retreat into our own rooms if we're not in the mood too.

I think I've learnt a lot about myself living with other people, I'm a more understanding, more patient, more tolerant, more mature person because of it IMO.

Me the wife and two kids.

Did the house share thing through university and enjoyed it in the main. Much prefer family life though.

one other currently, but may have a third joining us very shortly, in a 3 bedroom house at the moment, my housemate is my closest mate, so living together is easy and problem free, got a spare bedroom hence looking for a third to split the costs further, the interested party is someone i've known for a good 3-4 years.
I've always house shared since moving out of parents.

I live with 2 others now. I lived with just the girlfriend last year and am now sharing with a friend and another guy. year before that was sharing with 7 others. I much prefer the smaller house.

I live with a fair few people and always others coming and going, but of sorts I have my own wing of the house so isolated a little from it and people don't really disturb me much of the time.

Still living with my parents and saving for a deposit. I'm not looking forward to living alone. When they go on holiday and I have the house to myself it is horrible.

Been living in sin for the last 8 years with my girlfriend and our 3 daughters. I do miss having my own space sometimes and I'm no longer master of the TV remote control but the house is a constant riot of children's laughter or bickering which is nice.

Just me and the GF

I lined in halls/house shares at uni though and have nothing against going back to one, but being with the gf is better :)

Been living with the gf for 3 years now and this year + our daughter. It's a small two bed but it's great.

Previous to that we were in a flat with 4 of us. That was cramped but it was fine for a couple of years.

I've done the whole house share thing as well at uni, glad I won't be doing that again.

GF, dog and cat. I have lived in house shares in the past but eventually the cons of it started to outweigh the pros.
