We spend around £600 a month for 3 of us (and 2 cats
)

I spend a good £50 on supermarket shopping per week for myself. That's eating meat at least twice a day though and always getting 5+ fruit/veg per day. I don't know how people can eat healthily for less!

£18-22, just for myself per week.
I shop at sainsbury's but don't buy the basics crap.
about £15/week including a takeaway for myself.
Hardly anything, I work in an Indian Restaurant, I can pop in and cook my food anytime I like, sometimes even on my day off I go in and cook up a takeaway and then bugga off with food in hand, If I'm feeling really cheeky I'll even steal away a few Cobras as well.
lol I manage on £35 a week that includes (bb'ing diet)
approx 6 servings of food a day with good amount of proteins (chicken/fish/beef/cottage cheese e.t.c ) I also get at least my 5 a day too for example i have had an apple, tomatoes, 2 oranges, cranberry juice, potatoes en counting...
edit: I make my own soups, pasta sauces, you would be surprised at the difference in cost it makes compared to buying a 'fresh' soup or something from a supermarket..
