How much H2O do you drink?

2-3 litres of cold tap water and another litre or 2 of warm water in a mug whilst working. I gave up on coffee but still like a hot drink when I’m sat at my desk, walking to the kettle and back helps me think.. Weird, know :D

Don’t drink fizzy juice or diluted stuff.

I try to drink diet lemonade or sparkling water daily to top up my water intake. Probably 2 cup fulls. I then have about 7 cups of coffee throughout the day.

I keep a 1l Nalgene on my desk in work and drink that in the day, then drink another few pints in the morning/evening while exercising so probably about 2-3l a day of pure water, not including the few cups of coffee I drink.

Just recently started making an effort to drink 2-3 glasses of squash per day, on top of ~4 cups of caffeine and ~2 glasses of pop.
The problem with squash/cordial/diluted juice(depending in where you are in the country!) is that they are full of sweeteners and other stuff. I find they just bloat me up.

Better than drinking sugary/caffeinated right enough.

Supposed to drink 3 litres, as I have kidney stones left over from treatment, but I often only have 2 or 3 coffees....

It's annoying when you have to pee every 5 minutes, after having a lot of water, but I do feel a lot better when hydrated properly - go figure :D
I too have been afflicted by kidney stones. Since my first outbreak it’s mostly been water, some days 3-4 litres, others maybe only 2 but I rarely drink anything else. Don’t like tea or coffee. I have the occasional lemonade or Fanta/tango when eating out but usually have a water chaser. All this because I really don’t want another kidney stone. Those on here who say they drink nothing but soda/pop all day are asking for it.
