Another interesting question - for those of you who've been to the US, how many of the 50 states have you visited?

I've been to 25 of them myself - twenty-four on a recent trip, and Florida a while back.

It was interesting (and possibly worrying) to see the number of Americans who thought that there were 52 states.

Well, to be fair, Puerto Rico is almost a state, it has a special association status and there has already been a parliamentary notion in the early 90s to join the US as the 51st state, but it was rejected.

I wonder who they think the 52nd is though :confused: Britain? ;)
