How much toast do you think you can eat?

i challenge you to a toast and drinking contest

and i'm skinny as a rake

I'd toast you under the table.
I love toast, I've yet to meet a person who dosen't like toast.

Cuppa Tea and Toast :) best way to start the day.

30 minutes is the amount of time allowed for this challenge.

The single brew is at your discretion, i know some people have bigger cups/mugs than others but i would say put your bevvy in your normal cup

Agreed, an official OCUK toast eating thread/competition would be awesome.

Gonna go for it tomorrow lunchtime i think, a colleague posts here too so i will see if i can get him interested too and try to get some pics up.

After carefully rethinking this one through (yes I'm avoiding doing work) I dont reckon I could manage much, maybe ~ 8-10 slices of medium thickness bread, as after eating 3 quite thick pieces of homemade bread with tuna mayonnaise I'm full.

I've actually done 10 with Butter and (wait for it) Tommy Sauce!! Mmmm mmm mm mmmmmmmmm!...

Plus a Cup o' Tea to wash it all down!!.. :)

I can manage half a slice of toast and peanut butter on a good day!:)

I have had a gastric band fitted for 2 years now.

Agree with Gilly on this one, a fair few women I know do this aswell, really freaks me out how you can ruin toast like that.

I have on previous attempts eaten 1.5 loves of tesco value medium bread toasted with nothing but butter on them, Once when working in a bakery i managed to consume 22 chocolate filled doughnuts! (was a competition between me and 2 other guys!)

Biggest loaf in the world

In 1912, Austinite A. S. Newburg baked the world's biggest loaf of bread: 162 pounds heavy, 10 feet long, 18 inches wide by 18 inches high. The loaf took one hour to bake and could supply 162 families for one day or one family for 162 days. Newburg had previously baked two other world's largest breads.

This.
