How often do you get a Dominos pizza? (Seventeen year old thread bump warning)

Probably a few from the 5 - 10 dollar menu bro?

Wow, UK pizza is so boring compared to this!

Had a large half/half last night with a portion of the cookies.

Cookies were amazing but mega expensive, pizza was ok a deal of £12 for a large. Defo was not worth the £12 and will be the last time. I prefer a create your own from Morrisons for £4.

Its very rare for me over the past few years, I live out in the countryside here in Norfolk so no-one delivers meaning its a 40-60min round trip to collect anything like Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns etc so I generally only bother when I'm back in Stoke. which at best is just a couple of times a year (and I don't order one every time I'm back either).

Probably only when the stars align in meeting all 3 of the following....

a) having a monster hangover
b) having no easy, stodgy food at home
b) wife and kids are away that weekend

in which case I'm waiting for 11am for Dominos to open.

Reckon its been a few years since all that scenario last came about.

I don't mind them on a deal, about £12 for a large is reasonable, I get them pretty rarely though, maybe once every 2-3 months.

The Sainsburys pre-made ones are now £6 for a large, and are underwhelming really by comparison, so if buying supermarket normally just get the Crosta and Mollica ones as the quality is better for a similar price.

Depending if my local PJ is on the list (not in the news article) will be back to Dominos

Bugger mine is on there, no more Papa Johns then :(

Every now and then, usually regret it afterwards lol.

Just got back from NYC where I got pizza from Joe's and Bleecker Street.

Why can't we adopt by-the-slice decent pizza that they have?

I agree, I'd drop in for a slice way more regularly for a light bite/ 1 person serving if it was available.
Knowing rip off Britain they'd probably try and charge £8 a slice though.

Last time I had Dominoes, a few months ago, I got really bad food poisoning. So haven't been back since. Shame as I don't mind their pizza when you can get a large for £12.

If there's no deal it's just madness though, would rather get a Finest pizza from a supermarket for a fiver, and maybe even spice it up with my own toppings.
