how old is 'old'?

ever get the feeling the worlds against you just for being SPECIAL?!! Now I know why Jesus was crucified.

Bloomin heck guys, if your all gonna be like that, intolerant, unaccepting, Id rather not be part of the bourd anyway. Shame on those that dont give me a fair trial.

I don't have a problem with you.

But how DARE you trivialise the crucifixion for your own childish and inane purposes. You are evidently not 'handicapped' as if you were you would not be posting using the lexicon that you have. Your tone is inappropriate and subsequently I wish you congratulations:

You are the 1st person on my ignore list.

AGE is no barrier, you could be -100 or +150 yrs old...but if you can play computer games then you ROCK!!! isnt that right guys???

Anyone got an acon like me?

Comon Voltar, there are many different types of handicappedness. Sorry for upsetting you there, but so the story goes. Anyway...age...

Age is a stage of changes for us all. If it wasn't for growing old and dying, we wouldnt get to enjoy birthdays, have children of our own, etc etc...
Getting old can be good for some, people often remark to me that although I have lots of grey hair and false teeth, that I still look remarkably good and whats more important is I feel good too.

I'm 37 this month and can't remember ever feeling old. I have more energy than I used to when younger and am fitter so that may be why.

I am in my 40's. Still play computer games and enjoy doing child like activities with my own kids. Not just because I am doing activities with them but because they still make me laugh in the same way they did when I was a teenager. What the years have allowed me to do is have a responsible job that I would not have got without perceived maturity. Age taught me to play the game at the right time.
I work out on a regular basis, but yes the joints start to object more than they used to. My hair has grey in it and my 13 year old thinks that makes me look old!

I also work in the NHS specialising in work with older people. A description that always worries me:confused: I have spoken to people in their 80's that do not "feel old". I think the definition of old can is an individual thing. My 84 year old father in law can still do 16 mile hikes with his hiking club. The only difference to him 30 years ago is he is now at the back of the group of walkers. Just a little slower.

I don't think there is a clear definition of old as we are all different.

25. I'll be there soon :(.

My life was just beginning at that age 25-30 were the best years of my life (i'm 35 now and enjoying another great spell with my home and work life.

You may need help if you think 25 is old.

:)

Your profile says your 21, bit young for that surely ?

edit - oops, this was meant to go in my post above...

Im 26 and i dont feel as old as i thought i would back when i was 14 and i can wager that when im 40 i wont feel as old as i think i will now.
I can be 60 and ill be happy and content just aslong as i have the same quality of life i have now and the same oppertunities to enjoy myself as i have now.
