I imagine it's a considered cost and risk actually, probably offset by the savings of having 1 cashier/6 tills or however they proportion them in morrisons.

My top theft 'but is it really?' tip: Krispy Kreme from tesco metro/express, they rarely have them on the self service tills so you're forced to put it through as a normal jam doughnut.

Who have gone round everything in tesco and worked out which items dont have a price in their database and thus come up at £0.01 at the tesco self checkout.

Theres a massive list on the forums of which items are effected. How do they find this stuff out !!!
