how would you classify this attack?

It wouldn't be treated as a hate crime unless there was some sort of suggestion that was a motivation. Lets stop with the stupid "rebelling about political correctness" BS.

But that's how it would be portrayed and you know it, they'd be racists regardless of how it actually went down.

I've been attacked twice in the street, and once in Enfield bowling alley by groups of young Asian men. All unprovoked. What annoyed me most was the Bowling alley attack, I was actually out with some Asian friends, and they knew that!

Astounded the boyfriend didn't step in to be honest.

he did, and the judge used the fact that boyfriend (while so blind drunk he could barely stand theres a video) managed to hit one of the attackers as part of his reason for leniency.

apparently punching someone whose kicking your girlfriends head in was unreasonable force

He said he accepted the women may have felt they were the victims of unreasonable force from Miss Page's partner Lewis Moore, 23, who tried desperately to defend her from the attack

You only have to look at what happened in Rotherham to see that the law is not always applied without fear or favour.

genda shouldn't mean anything when you are the one starting it.

If a "woman" hits me then she becomes a person whom is getting hit back with the same force I would hit a man

if you watch the video he barely touches them enough for them to notice him before falling over.

yea I'm just saying it shouldn't make any difference to the judges ruling that he tried to fight back.

They were looking for trouble and found it, him trying to fight back shouldn't give a lesser sentence or anything like that it's ridiculous

Doesn't matter if it's racist or not, that's not the big question here. When did 'is it racist or not?' become more important than 'how do we show these individuals that society won't tolerate this?'.

Asian on white, white on asian, make them regret it.
