How would you spend 100k on modding/improving your current car?

Don't think I'd do any mechanical modifications.

I'd use £100,000.00 to buy Track/Summer Tyres (Probably something like Pilot Super Sport Cup 2 Tyres ) and brake pads to replace the dead pads.

Focus ST.

Top of the list would be getting a decent 4wd system on the car - could be a fair bit of development work to get this fitted and all working well, think there's a lot of parts already available off other Ford models or Freelander 2 which uses similar gearbox but that'd only be the start of it.

After that, if some cash was leftover maybe drop a breathed on RS motor and bigger turbo in there - would be interesting to let my brother and his contacts loose on the motor rather than go to car specific tuners for the work. Wouldn't want to spoil the day to day usability of the car but would need a power hike to make up for the weight of the 4wd kit.

Nice set of AP brakes wouldn't go amiss either.

Lighten, lighten and lighten.

Carbon Mazdaspeed bodywork throughout - painted velocity red to blend in with what's already there.
4 way cassette adjustable dampers
Carbon fibre/titanium wishbones
Carbon seats - keeping all 4.
Replicate most of the interior in carbon fibre.
Big brakes
New chrome stock wheels with semi slicks tyres
Full race spec fuel tank

Oh and a R26B based 13000rpm 900hp quad rotor and appropriate gearbox.

Including a vast qualtity of others little bits and a couple of engine/gearbox rebuilds should be 100k

I've got a 2002 E46 330i Touring.

Full Strip down and rebuild so its like new, put all the options on, get Hartge to do the e39 M5 engine and dash swap, big brakes, all the usual guff like that.

Would be a total waste though

Engine and Drivetrain swap from e92

Full interior retrim in same colour

Full respray in the same colour

Ohlins suspension overhaul and CG setup

Audio upgrade from HK to something better, with dynavin or similar

I don't think Id struggle to spend 100k on my car if I had to, be a nice predicament to be in though :D

Falling...
Realistically I'd buy a new car. If I'm not allowed to buy a new car....

350z...

Engine swap with a nice V8 something.
Chassis and suspension upgrade to cope with the new engine / weight distribution.
New gearbox / clutch to cope with the above.
Big brakes.
Lighten the body as much as possible to mitigate weight gain from engine swap - heck if I have £100k I could probably get a lot of panels made out of CF. In fact I'd try to get it to around 1,200kg.
Upgraded Sat Nav / Stereo setup.
Seats which offer more support but aren't painful to sit on/in, which still offer heated cosiness.
Full respray.
