you expect data for £10.50? no data. but i have iphone 4 for that. i think its £1 per 50mb per day. for £13 you get 100mb.

Erm, you can get data for £10.50 a month for the Pre. If you get the £31 24 month contract, once you've factored in redemptions you're paying £10 a month for 300 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB of date.

you fail at maths. 24x31 = £744. Where is the £500 cashback?

phone works out to be about 216. plus you have a tarrif to use.

at 10.50x24 after cashback of £50 on cpw its £202. I cant find cheaper even with rebates (which I cant be arsed with at all). saw it pop up sim-free at £479. its gone now.

Sorry, you're right, it's a whole £1 a month more expensive than getting the straight £10.50 a month deal.

The straight £10.50 deal gives you 100 minutes, 500 texts and no data. The £31 a month deal + rebate gives you 300 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB data - it's a no-brainer.

Oh, and £30 quidco brings it down further.

well the 10.50 deal is better if you dont plan to use the contract. the rebate one is better if you will use the contract

I've just ordered one from mobiles.co.uk: £36pm for 12 months with 9 months free. Works out at £108 for the phone, 300 mins, unlimited texts + 500mb data. I'd been waiting for a cheap SIM free but this is the best I can hope for now, I think.

That actually sounds pretty good, might have to get it, £108 is pretty decent, is there a 7 or 14 day period you can cancel if you dont like the phone?

/edit ok just checked its 7 days..think im gona go CPW tomorrow and play with one in my hand and then hopefully order if i like it

Got my Pre 3 this morning and am really pleased with it. I had the original Pre and then a Desire Z which I really didn't like. WebOS is intuitive, easy to use, elegant and lacks the awkwardness of my android phone. I've set up the Pre 3 just as I want it with the apps I need in a fraction of the time it took me to find decent apps on android. I spent weeks downloading and deleting apps and was never really happy with them. There isn't so much choice with webOS but the lack of quantity is more than made up for by quality.
