*** HP Reverb G2 Owners Thread ***

I’m going to try again at 8 o’clock. There’s a scalper on eBay that’s managed to get hold of loads. No way will I ever pay more than RRP for anything.
People will be standing outside their local shop after buying all the milk, selling pints at £5 a go at this rate

So for the most part my Reverb G2 works perfectly but I still get the odd stutter in the headset even though my GPU and CPU usage is around 40-50%. Seems to get worse when you move your head around.

Any suggestions on if anything can be done?

There are issues with Nvidia drivers and Steam VR with occasional latency spikes. Are you running any performance monitoring software? That's what causes the issue.

It's likely something interfering with the tracking. I experience it when it starts to get dark and i haven't got up to turn the main light on. Never a problem with the Index running in the same software environment, so i wouldn't call out anything else beyond that.

Great, April-ish isn’t too long. Gigabyte hasn’t been the quickest with 1.2.0.0 (still beta) and doesn’t have any beta 1.2.0.1 either (briefly posted but withdrawn)... here’s hoping they can get their act together and get this one out quickly.
Yes noticed that too, Gigabyte seem slow to update the Bios on their motherboards, first Gigabyte motherboard here.

No performance monitors running, just an OC on my 3070 with afterburner but not running riva tuner etc.

Doesn't happen very often but really breaks the immersion and is annoying.
