Have you thought about the hot meals, just to break things up a bit?Fine, managing the hunger OK but the monotony is already setting in with only drinking liquids. I’ve “cheated” this morning and had yogurt/almonds for breakfast but still to the 400kcal value.
As I'm doing 18/6 I'm just sticking to one huel shake a day (400cal) and having a proper meal too. I'm not downing it in one go though, more sipping it throught the day as I'm terrible for snacking.
I did well in the previous lockdowns but this one has done a number on me and I've put on a lot of weight.
