Humbug's Pre-Alpha Benchmark Testing

Yep, but don't hold your breath for any time soon, 3.8 has some problems. primarily my Non-HDR Skybox is a mess, its an engine fault and they know about it.

To get it to run in Linux i have to code rebuild and compile it in a WAF build, basically port the whole thing to a completely different back-end, something i don't know how to do. YET, As you know Linux is different to Windows.

But i'll crack on with it. :)

I feel sorry for Cloud Imperium Games, what they have in Star Citizen is vast by any standard, porting all that work over is going to be a nightmare, even for an army of professionals.

Beware this program won't uninstall either from control panel or from it's own uninstall file. :)

Yes i know about that. :) It will be fixed in the next release, i have already fixed it. It was a directory error.

PC specs in sig. I used very high full screen at 1080p.

I also forced SLI using the control panel (frame rendering 2). SLI scaling was pretty good, a lot of the time both cards were at 70% to 90% usage. During the very grassy areas the load was around 50 to 60% on both cards.

4790k is at stock speeds, 2x 980 G1's were both running at their max boost clock of 1367Mhz.

They made a temporary for the Non-HDR Skybox mess.

I can crack on with it now :)

@ pete910, they didn't provide us with any BinLinux64gcc and BinLinux64clang directories, something else they need to fix before i can start with Linux.
