Not really, SC could happen and has happened to all the front runners at one point, its a bummer but thats the rules.
As for the potential drivethrough, well he shouldn't have broken the rules then, he's a lucky boy not to be getting done for jumping into the pitlane.
Exactly his pace is embarrassing, you can't spend every gp thinking tactically and worrying about fuel and tyres. He should have been pushing like ****. Theres no way Hamilton would be sat there worrying about tyres.

Who is the driver steward this weekend? And drive through for Vettel. Exceeding 10 car lengths distance behind safety car. Never heard that rule before.
Can Webber pull out that lead and stop Alonso sauntering to the second win on a trot? Vettel is now into damage control and with Hamilton already in the showers, this has to be a great opportunity for Mark and Fernando to stamp their mark on the championship.

What are you talking about, just because he lost a 17 second lead by a safety car, all rules that result in a penalty should just be ignored?
Not at all, just pointing out that the safety car is anti-racing and has the capacity to ruin drivers races, Vettel should be 17 sec clear in which case any penalty wouldn't matter.

Derek Warwick. The rule has always been in there, never normally needs to be enforced as they tend to bunch up under the safety car anyway.
So you'd prefer someone had crashed into the debris and hurt themselves then? Plus if anything the SC today has made things more exciting, that doesn't make it a joke.
