I would be surprised by the Ferrari cockup, but it's become second nature for them. Did they employ lots of the strategy guys from McLaren?

Yes, because that is the only bit of bad luck Rosberg has had and it helped even the points differential to bring the gap back to an exciting level.

Overtaking is incredibly hard on this circuit if i remember correctly unless Mercedes can start from the pitlane with a wet setup.

Gonna be fortunate to do that barring something unexpected happening or we find out overtaking is a lot easier than anticipated even if you could drive the car flat out but the way you have to baby these cars keeping them inside the tyre/fuel limits, no chance.
