Who here has used this or has any knowledge on the product? I am considering using it to speed up fat loss.

Looks like the most popular product is Sida Xtreme (what some forum members and I are 'testing' - working for me so far) - Hydroxycut is pants :p

Sida Cordifolia ***** 5 star product (fat loss)

Sida Cordifolia is today the most effective legal fat burner. Sida is a herbal, natural form of the better known ephedrine. To enhance the effects of sida it should be combined with caffeine (herbal form, guarana) and aspirin (herbal form, white willow bark), some products actually contain these. This product works by stimulating the nervous system, creating thermogenesis and also suppressing the appetite. You should experience roughly an extra calorific output of 10% daily on a sufficient dosage. Alongside a good diet its very hard to fail to loose fat stores on this product. Its best to take this product on a morning and pre workout.

I'll try and get a mod to rename the title to 'Hydroxycut & Weight loss supplements' - if someone want's to report this as a bad post that would be great ;)

The Ephedrine in the products appears to be highly effective with a medium risk.

The side effects vary apparently:
  • Increased body heat
  • Increased heart rate
  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
  • Appetite suppressant

I'll take the risk that because I am a healthy individual and will take the stated dosage that I shouldn't experience any dramatic symptons.

Cheers for the advice Chong, it's certainly becoming clear now about this ECA stack.

I take it if someone worked out heavily whilst on the stack, they would simply lose fat really fast? How would you know where to draw the line in exercise then?

I'm aware of the risks with these drugs but i'll still try it slow and i'll up to the recommended dosage if it all seems fine.

What would you recommend, Hydroxycut or Sida Cordifolia & Caffeine?

Anyway...

I can second the Sida Cordifolia/Green Tea combo that Chong is recommending. Just bare in mind that none of this stuff is a substitue for good diet and exercise. They will help you along but dont expect miracles, you still have to work hard. :)

Well if you have no immediate doubt about these products, GordyR, I will happily try them. You are a very well respected member of the forum so your advice in particular is appreciated :)

Well my BF % is quite high even though I have a high level of fitness. For example I struggle with pull ups and because I weigh more than the average man I find it harder but I can run 3 miles in 22.5 minutes. I know practice makes perfect but only in the right conditions. I've told the AFCO to hold a date for me until I am ready for my PRMC.
 
I ******* hope not ;) Shouldn't have any negative effects if im hung over should it? I'm worried now about popping it in my mouth :p


edit: if it contains asprin, is it going to cure my sore throat? lol ;)

edit: ok, this is an unusual feeling (like a bad trip), already my body heat has gone up so I suppose its working.... more to come

Cheers for the reassurance GordyR, i've read 5pm should be a cut off point. Simple question though, how hard should my cario workout be in comparison to what it has been? The same? easier? etc

edit: Also noticed extra energy which is good, I can do more pressups than normal, unless it is purely coinsidental? I'm still happy :D

Well believe me when I say i've not been tempted to buy any sugar coated sweets or chocolate, or eat much food for that matter! The appetite suppressant in it definately works for me :D However im not stupid and I still ate but in smaller portions, didn't feel as hungry.

I've taken a break from the running for a bit, but I am concentrating on push ups, these are pretty poor at the moment, I would like to get them up to about 60. :)

I dont have enough money for sports like climbing, I have just been sacked from my job! (the manager is a loser!)

I do play hockey though... I think i'll be doing the PRMC in 8 weeks.

Anyways, on the my-protein site it says take the green tea 1 or 2 times a day, the taurine 1g 3 times a day and the Sida Cordifolia 1 or 2 tabs a day. This sound about right, and can I just take them together?

Also, am I right in thinking 1g is just under a 3rd of a teaspoon? Not got any scales yet :(

I would lower the dosage for a day or two to check your tolerance. I'm on my second day and i've just done 2 Sida.

I can't help you with the rest, but i'm pretty sure you can take that all together.
 
Well tbh, only time will tell. I am feeling confident about it though, just keep a good diet and you can only lose weight. Exercise and thats a bonus. I've noticed extra energy - don't know if thats the Sida or not and i've lost my sweet tooth.

Haven't done any cardio yet on this though, looking forward to see results.
 
Shockingly, my best mate from university has come down for the weekend and its my other best mates birthday. They all want me to get ****** with them. I've already turned down a few pints with them for a J2O, what do I do? Is Sida safe mixed with a few drinks?
