Hyundai ImageQuest L90D+ 19" TFT

Still waiting on Parcel Force for mine. Should have arrived today but it didnt. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. I'll be opening mine on Saturday too. I'll take my own photos for ya all and post my opinion.

Hmm, just thought of a quick query to those who are up and running already.

What is the image scaling like at lower resolutions? Would like to know for those games that just won't run in 1280x1024.

Its not looking good so far with all these dead pixels.

I know I'm not happy as I have a lazy one on mine as well :(

Do you just rub them to try and kick them back into life or what?

Is there a technique?

Well i need the space, theres no way im disspointed, ok so its a bit slow, doesnt seem to affect my gaming. But anyways i dont play that much. I have no dead pixels ect, im quite happy with my purchase

I dont play games at all on my pc, its just for work. Programming and graphics, so the screen is not 'busy' all the time, I think if I had on one my TV I wouldnt be so bothered as its moving pictures all the time.

£60 odd restocking fee because of 1 dead pixel on each ?

Got mine today

I think this screen is grrrrrreat (in faux Tony tiger voice).

Only noticed 1 dead pixel, but hardly bothers me. Probably only noted it, as I'd read some of the posts, and thought I'd have a looksee myself.

Much better than the (probably prototype) Relisys CRT I was having to use [Reckon it had been originally hooked up to Charles Babbage's Analytical Engine].

Was a bit wary about buying goods on spec rather than waiting for a review but needs must, and I have been pleased with the results.

Running at 1280x1024, 32-bit and 75Hz.

Want to see what the reviews in the coming weeks have to say about it (wonder if they tally up with my experience).

Well done OCUK for getting these in time for Xmas.

So long as it's not a blatently obvious and distracting pixel, then I can live with one or maybe even two dead pixels.

Mine are blatently obvious, on both screens, I cant live with it, sorry I'd be staring at it all day. One is bright green 2pixels together, like a pacman.

Beautiful, beautiful screen, but not for me, not yet.

So everyone is positive about the image quality but there is an alarming number of dead pixels, you would hope that most of them would be error free with a small number of panels suffering from errors but it is the other way around. I think I could live with it if it was just one pixel in one of the corners but if it was near the centre I would have to bite the bullet and pay the restocking fee.

i wouldnt say there is an alarming number of dead pixels, probably the same as all other monitors the only differance being this one has been bought by a lot more people and all at the same time so theres more people talking about what theres are like and it makes it seem like this ones has a lot of dead pixel problems, if you know what i mean.

EDIT: WOHOOOO mine just arrived
