I'd do a Georgie Best sandwich, used to get them years ago at a place I worked.

Large white bread, butter, with Bacon, Egg. Sausage and Tomato, plus a dollop of brown sauce.

God, I can remember the taste to this day.
 
Steak and onion baguette.

Rump seared, rested, onions sliced fry the onions add loads of butter and pepper Slice the rare steak thinly 5hen return slices and juices to pan to cook through for a minute and the fill the baguette. An absolute treat, simple ingredients served well.
