I am at your house. You kindly offer to make me your 'signature sandwich'...

Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding w/ mustard and horseradish. And of course, the bread is dipped in the beef dripping.

And if anyone hasn't tried Yorkshire pudding on a sarnie then I urge you to do so.

Sounds like a chip butty but for some who has a bit too much time on their hands

A Breaded southern fried chicken burger in the air fryer, oven bacon and a brioche baguette absolutely stacked with Butter. Garlic butter if you wish. After about 15 minutes pit the baguettes into the oven for the butter to melt into the baguette and to crisp up the baguette a little. Build Baguette with the chicken burger sliced, bacon on top and lashings of bbq sauce on top. Crispy, bacony, Chicken, stunning!

I’d dust off the trusty toasty maker…

Cheese and Bean Toastie - Generous amount of butter on Medium White, Beans and Extra Mature Chedder Cheese.

Then watch you burn your mouth first bite! :D

The last sandwich I had (and what I'd make) was crispy bacon that was almost turning black, caramelised red onion, mushrooms and a bit of Lea and Perrins on olive foccacia with a thin layer of olive spread.

You'd get a Hangover Cure.

1/3 French Stick
Butter + Mustard
Pastrami
German Salami (The peppered one)
Ham
Chicken
Cheddar
Lettuce
Cornichons, sliced
Black pepper, lots.

Tomatoes and crisps on the plate.

Black coffee with chocolate digestives, couch and telly after.

Possibly a small nap, then a pizza.
