Would probably be something like:

Halloumi (made from primarily goat or sheep's milk; not cow's)
Lountza (or similar cured pork tenderloin, alternatively nice ham)
Pitta with a bit of butter

Grill the halloumi so it's nice and soft and get some grill marks
Grill the lountza/ham/cured pork
Insert in pitta bread
Grill together till the pitta is crunchy/semi-crunchy

With some tomato and cucumber slices
Optional: mayo.

you should really try gooseberry and strawberry jam. its the king jam just hard to get. we used to make it fresh.
