I won the jackpot once but they rang me and said there was an error with the computer which meant I couldn't get my £20,000,000 till the week after.

In total i've won about £80 on the lottery, i've been doing one lucky dip in the euromillions every friday for about 6 months. Had a few numbers a few times. I've won more on the lottery than the money i've spent, i'm gonna keep playing though, i know i'll lose my money eventually but i like the idea of winning and being able to do what i want.

A couple that live about half a mile away from us won the jackpot of about 7mill. The devastating part was they bought a lucky dip only a few hours earlier from the same shop my mum got a lucky dip!

Nah. You've got as much chance with 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 than something random.
Apparently you have a better chance at winning the lottery using random numbers rather than picking numbers yourself. So obviously not knowing what numbers you want to pick to begin with is going to be more random. The lucky dip gives you a random selection of numbers. Depends how much you think into it though since a computer can never be random due to it being a computer program following rules but whatever. lol
