I crashed, you can all laugh at me now.

problem is its very very hard to prove that they intentionally slammed the brakes on :( or that they weren't spooked by something (like a small child playing in the middle of the motorway etc...)

edit - not saying this is the case, but were it to go to court it ends up being your word against theirs unless there are any imparshal witnesses about

The fact that he flashed his rear fog at him beforehand would lend weight to the fact that he did it with intentionally.
 
Sorry to hear about it :( We all make mistakes, I almost got a huge coach up my rear end because I was doing 60 and right away a 40 sign and cameras...-.-
