I Found a Cat!

I'll give him the choice he can stick around if he likes or he can take the scenic route in life.

Good man. But as I say try the register too, if you do wanna keep him around, get him a litter tray and see if he will use it, and start letting him out again after a few weeks. LEt him get a feel for the surroundings.

Yep, most cats i've had didn't like Milk, bar one. My girlfriend's cat is sick 50% of the time after having milk so he just has water now, as said pop out and get a couple cans of cat food, can't normally go wrong with tuna cat food and chicken cat food, maybe a packet of sliced ham/chicken too and a can of tuna, if he's hapy enough to fall asleep in your house, he looks like he feels comfortable, so take the little mite in and give him the love her deserves :)

I'm browsing round the MPR now - there's a lot of lost moggies so I'm sure he's probably on there somewhere.

He seems nice and peaceful - looks in pretty good condition - and he hasn't scratched himself at all so someone must have looked after him at one point.

Give him a good fuss. Some TLC is all cats want IMO.

Some probably remember a thread I did whilst my parents were away the other week i thought my cat had gone missing, I was heartbroke... but with Animals you learn to love having them around eventually, im sure once Colin knows where his breads buttered he'll settle right in. :)

One of my cats will eat anything, if I have Weetabix in the morning he goes mad trying to get it - if you turn your back he's straight in there!

Both of our cats had problems with crystals in their bladders with normal wet tinned food, so I give them dry food now (Hills) and plenty of water. I'd avoid anything like Sheba or Whiskas temptations as they are like junk food for cats according to our vet, and we used to give ours that as a treat around the time they had urinal problems.

Strange though as all previous cats I've had in the past were fine on wet food - I guess its just they put more and more 'junk' in these days to make the food seem as good as human food.

Update time. I went to the local store and grabbed a few different tins of Whiskers 'supermeat' (I said no to the rabbit option) and added a bit of water the mix.

After a few nervous glances he got right in there and is munching away.
