I know everyone says this but i'm never going out drinking again.

If I go into Wigan for a night out I will spend £40-50, I will drink a few cans or have some whisky just before I go out. Then its to the weatherspoons pub for a few cheap drinks, then its down king street for the bars then a club at night.

£1.50 bus to town
£6 on lager, 3 pints
£15 on whiskey and coke
£5 on alcopops
£5 for the club
£5 for pizza/subway

Now if I get a taxi its £10 on my own because all my mates live in a different village but there is a night bus thats £2, so that can give me a cheap night out.

If I go into Preston/Bolton/Manchester talking about £60-70

You're equating going out and drinking alcohol. It's still possible to go out, drink tap water for free (or drink nothing at all) and still have a great time. I've done it on several occasions.

I spent that in harvey nics bar in manchester after my last final. needles to say they gave us lots of free drink, a free bottle of champa's and they gave me a free pint of shots.

Unless you get fleeced in Lloyds. It's generally very cheap, but after a meal in The Dining Room last night, we went for a quick drink in there and a round for me and the lady cost £12. I had a pint of Carling (eurgh) and I bought the lass a gin lime and lemonade.

the fact i was told how much i actually bought and what was consumed by me, told by friends thats why the list changes, so why dont u back off?

and stop posting crap..and no i cant drink, and i had a really good night out but went overboard. so i suggest you stop acting like your top dog, and can try and bring everyone down.

What a great night, my mate copped off with a reasonable looking 30 year old (our age) leaving me with the choice of her rather chunky 18 year old sister or 48 year old mother she was out with.

Needless to say it's now 12.30 and I'm back home instead.

I never posted overboard, I never posted carp, but the amount you drank changed with post to post, and I never claimed to be top "dog", but at the end of the day you were proud at what you had drank and it was nothing in total.

You have no idea about overall alcohol consumption as to me you are a "little girl"

Yet again I never posted a comment claiming how much I drank, I posted one on how much I had spent, there is a difference. Also saying how I am actually old enough to drink and all.

My post wasnt contradictary (sp).

And neon, yet again we come to this "bite me you ******* *******".

I'm sure what you say has a lot of validity to it but your body does form a phsyical tolerence to alcohol. The more often and the more volume of alcohol you drink the more efficient your body becomes at metabolizing it. For example i can drink 10 pints and although very drunk i'll be conscious and be able to hold a conversation, however for someone that has never drunk before they will most likely be unconscious in a pool of sick long before reaching 10pints

the amount changed as i know how much i actually drank i didnt go bragging about money i was more annoyed about the fact i spent it on alchohol, and there wasnt all that much of it.

i dont care if you can drink more than me? your point is?

Just got in with £15 left in my pocket, thats after a subway bus fare, few pints then jd and cokes and £4 to get into a club and about £10 in the club plus a chicken and chips and the bus home.

hehehehehehe got drunk at home on saturday .... at one point i was convinced to take all my clothes off (ok it didn't take much convincing)

other than that a lot of the evening is a blur.

good times, i look forward to doing it all again next week

I was pretty drunk on saturday it only cost me £10 for a taxi and an entrance fee, but then thats the advantage of being a girl and having guys buy your drinks for you

and being drunk after 5 bottles WKD
