Mindless optimism at it's finest? Hardly!
It might just surprise you to learn that this sort of thing happens all over the world on a daily basis and it works out fine for many. I've known quite a few dudes ( and females) over the years who've met their partners this way so, it's not always a scam. Having said that, none of the girls were cam girls but that's not to say she is not gen!

Of course there is the risk of it being a scam and that is a chance he takes but, if you always go through life looking at everything through cynical eyes or look just for the bad in people - who is worse, the optimist or the cynic?

I'm quite well versed in these sort of matters actually.

Its quite obvious to me that there is a big, big risk of something dodgy going on here.

I'm afraid you are just very gullible, probably not helped by your previous experience being a complete fluke.

Out of curiousity, one question I'd ask all the cynic and naysayer posters here....

Would you meet up with a fit looking cam girl if she lived at the other end of this country and you had to travel to her, having initially made contact and got on well with her through the internet ?

I dont need to, there is a thing called a night out to pursue such matters, all goods on offer are there for inspection and no excess cash outlay is required.
