Well, I can understand Romanian girls trying to earn some euros through cam-whoring - their wages are horrible.

But British girls? It's not like there is a genuine way to make money in this country, right? :rolleyes:

Students have loans, grants, free overdrafts, bursaries, scholarships, on-campus employment bureaus, parents...

Slappers is a right term if not a little too soft, I would say ;)

Lots of british female students do things for money that involve showing their bodies. Just look at the rise of strip clubs again recently.

Why would you say sorry? Just pointing out that there is plenty of work out there..... in the sex trade.
Also, there are loads of babestation type channels these days also, which is no different to these cam girls im guessing

Don't you think that sex-trade is a demeaning way to make money?

I certainly wouldn't want my girlfriend to show her boobs on the Internet.

It's also easy money that doesn't teach a person to respect real work.

I'm not judging though, it's only how I feel about it.

It's an opinion thing I guess, some people will think less of it than other and therefore find it more or less acceptable. But just out of curiosity, would you be OK with your 18yo daughter using it as a method to fund her way through uni? Or would you rather she had a bar/cashier's job? I know what I would choose, for many reasons.

I would be upset if my daughter (I don't have one, mind you) even thought of that as a way to meet ends. That would only made me feel that I didn't brought her up well and would feel like a personal failure.
 
This thread still has so long to go! I feel like we should let it die for a couple of weeks until she shows up and steals his money.

But you are judging, not only her but yourself.
I don't think this part of the sex trade is demeaning, they have the choice to do it or not, that is not demeaning.

I would prefer many things, however when reality comes to it I would hope that should this be a last option or a safe lucrative one then I wouldn't stop her doing it.

By 'it' I mean the trade as it is in the UK, where those programs are very soft when it comes to 'sex'. I've not seen what these foreign cam girls get up to so can't judge really.
