While I agree in theory, I don't think it would be a problem in this particular spec - as there's no way that Lightning would fit in that mATX case. Furthermore, I doubt that cheap PSU has the 8 + 8 pin PCI connectors to power it.

Otherwise, it's a dreadful build.
