I need to squat more

Road to recovery update: back is getting stronger :) not quite there yet though.

Best lifts this year are

Squat 200x3
Bench 140 touch and go.130 with 3 second pause. 160 with slingshot.
Deadlift 240

Happy with bench improvements, deadlift and squat feel strange though. The weight is moving....but maybe I'm lacking confidence.
 
Tell me about it. Icecold and I had push press off last year, and got to 115 and 120 and reflecting on it, being able to do that strict is ridiculous!

Squatted a PB with epic speed :D so much speed I kinda almost passed out... left it there for the day.

There should be a bench PB also if I could get around to doing it!

Deadlifts are still on the mend.
