Best lifts this year are Squat 200x3 Bench 140 touch and go.130 with 3 second pause. 160 with slingshot. Deadlift 240 Happy with bench improvements, deadlift and squat feel strange though. The weight is moving....but maybe I'm lacking confidence.

There should be a bench PB also if I could get around to doing it! Deadlifts are still on the mend.
