I need to squat more

Toying with the idea of entering a push pull in August.....but the goal is to squat more....but I want to compete....but but...



ugh.


Smolov speed fornight is pretty fun :) lots of jumps, oly work etc :D
 
Speed fortnight is okay but I wanna lift something!

Contemplating entering a push/pull comp 4 weeks before my 3 lift, just to see where I'm at :)
