I need to squat more

Haha cheers man :D replacement arrives tomorrow so tonight will be musicless :(

Squats 10x3x180 and Bench 8x4x105 it's gonna be a long night!
 
Benching last night I cut in half because of a niggle in the tendons. I'd rather focus on squatting so it was just 5x3x110 last night.

LOTS of stretching and curls with 2kg dumbells! #BEASTMODE
 
Week 3 starts tonight....after working all day in this heat and lifting logs before gym it's going to be a case of squat, eat, sleep :cool:

Possibly/probably foregoing bench until the end of the mesocycle, gotta keep the tendons happy and the squat is the primary focus :)

(have to try catch up with ice :eek:)
 
Yea got all the reps yesterday no problems, today will be 7x5x180 me thinks :)

My sartorius is giving me a bit of bother at the hip, maybe some impingement going on :(
