i5 processors OcUK Stock Available ?

I've just seen a couple of competitors have the following in stock:

Intel Core i5 750 Quad Core (4x2.66GHz) Socket 1156 Processor with 8MB L3 Cache

One of them is a VERY sub standard store compared to OcUK.

Just wondering when OcUK will have these in stock?

Probably won't be up for order until day of release. OcUK have been known to break NDAs and I doubt they want to risk exclusivity of stock.

Thats what I was expecting getting this close to release.

I might have a play about if the MSi promo does run on OcUK.

Decent price, so you can expect the Core2's to drop considerably then.
Q9550 -> £140 ?

Why don't intel make the cheapest core i5 at the same price as the Phenom II X4 955, it would make it a lot more easier for me to decide. BTW I just play games.

Ack, that means that if mobos are a decent price then it puts it at not much more expensive than the Phenom II 955...tough decision. Any benchies comparing the two about yet?

I believed it would be way cheaper when OcUk get's the stock cause the one selling it at the moment is also selling the Quad Q9550 at £244.04

Hoping it's a bit cheaper then that on release or i see no real reason to not go socket 1366 with i7 for the maginal cost increase.

All German online sellers now have the i5-750 for order now; in stock, 178 euros. Or by todays exchange rate, 155 pounds inc vat. Should be cheaper in the UK as we in Germany have 19% vat.
