If i wanted to report a particularly unsavoury illegal immigrant in this country who would i contact?

This person has let their passport expire (not a uk one), has been in country for about 5 years, doesn't work and abuses his kids but is married to a british woman. does being married to a british woman count for anything?

yeah it means he can live here !

thats why loads of foreign women come here get married to anything then just leave them and do something else ! or something like that anyway !

You don't need to be a British citizen to live here though.

Errr that will make him British, after staying here for 5 years you can apply for a British passport ( I think so anyway), let alone if you are married to a Brit lass.

Correct.
My wife is not a British citizen, but has a permanent visa.
