And have everyone look like the Doc? I dont think so.

I'd like to apply for Director of Zombie Attack (or thereabouts) Survival. Just in-case the ship gets infected. I have many hours VR training dealing with urban and rural landscapes, which I could easily apply to the confines of a ship. I have numerous stratagems to deal with various zombie hordes and scenarios, including special zombies. I have even put myself in the shoes of the infected and know how they work to better defend our ship.

Every now and again I'll get annoyed at the most idiotic of situations and build mountains out of mole hills.

Very useful of course, if you need a hill in space.

I'd imagine you'd occasionally be wanting to investigate/attack some planets and I'd like to be a dropship pilot. I'm sure I'd come in handy with my MkIV "dropper" dropship, putting some of the troops down onto alien planets and all that....
